I must say that if A-Rod did in fact take steroids, as SI.com is stating, I really am not surprised. Albert Pujols or David Ortiz on the juice? It wouldn't surprise me and that really is a sad thing. I love baseball, it is move favorite sport. Football is America's sport, as evidenced by the near shut down of the country on Super Bowl Sunday. To me football is something to watch because baseball season is over. As I grow older I enjoy football more and more, but I don't love it. Anyway, back to baseball, it is now to the point where you can not assume that anyone is clean in the game. One could assume that players like Jose Reyes, John Smoltz, Derek Jeter or Mariano Rivera are clean, however with the way that the games biggest stars are falling who knows?! I must admit that I am not a fan of A-Rod, however he is considered by many to be the best player in the game. The mainstream know who he is now based on his association with a certain Material Girl. If he is in fact A-Roid, what will the future hold for my favorite pastime?
